Davy is proud to announce that we have been awarded the Investors in Diversity Silver accreditation by the Irish Centre for Diversity, Ireland’s leading body for equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) accreditation. Achieving the silver accreditation involved a detailed review of our D&I policies, an independent survey of Davy staff, and benchmarking against over 140 organisations nationally.

The Investors in Diversity programme is Ireland’s premier framework for driving meaningful progress in EDI. It not only acknowledges the steps organisations have already taken but also provides a structured pathway for continuous improvement.

This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering a workplace culture built on fairness, respect, equality, diversity, inclusion, and engagement – principles that are embedded in our One Davy value. This commitment is aligned with our Employee Value Proposition: At Davy, you are the difference. We believe in nurturing an environment where all people feel a sense of belonging – and are heard, seen and respected.

Commenting on the award, Orla Graham, Chief People Officer at Davy, said:Achieving the silver accreditation is recognition of our progress in making our workplace more inclusive, diverse, and supportive for everyone. At Davy, we understand that a truly inclusive culture not only drives innovation and creativity but also enriches the work experience for everyone.

Everyone at Davy is extremely proud of the silver accreditation, and see it as the beginning of our next chapter as we continue on our EDI journey. We understand the journey is ongoing. As we navigate this path, we will continuously assess our policies, practices, and programmes to ensure they align with our values and create an environment where everybody feels welcome and can thrive.

Caroline Cummins, Managing Director, Irish Centre for Diversity, added: "Davy's progress to Investors in Diversity Silver has been impressive. Investors in Diversity Bronze laid firm foundations to build on and the business quickly progressed to Investors in Diversity Silver. This focused on listening to the voice of all colleagues to ensure that there is a shared sense of ‘Belonging’ – a clear indication of an organisation that ‘walks the talk’ of Diversity & Inclusion. Very well done to everyone at Davy. We look forward to sharing more of your journey of continuous progress."
