Kate O’Connor

Davy welcomed Irish heptathlete Kate O’Connor as a brand ambassador in September 2025. Kate’s historic silver medal at the 2025 World Athletics Championships marked a defining moment in Irish sport, and her relentless pursuit of excellence continues to inspire athletes and fans alike. As she builds on her extraordinary career, we are honoured to support her journey, both on and off the track.

Kate is redefining Irish athletics. Born in Dundalk in 2000, her rise from promising junior to world-class multi-eventer has been nothing short of phenomenal.

Her breakthrough came in 2019 with a silver medal at the European U20 Championships, making her the first Irish woman to podium in heptathlon at that level. Since then, Kate has shattered national records, including her 6,714-point performance at the 2025 World Championships, an Irish record and one of the highest scores in European history.

Kate’s strength lies not only in her athletic versatility but in her mental grit. Whether sprinting, jumping, or throwing, she brings precision, power, and poise to every event. Her previous achievements include medals at the World University Games, European Athletics Indoor Championships, and Commonwealth Games, where she represented Northern Ireland with distinction.

Sarah Healy

Davy began supporting Irish middle-distance runner Sarah Healy as a brand ambassador in September 2025. Sarah’s record-breaking runs have made her one of Europe’s most exciting track stars.

Sarah is a beacon of Irish athletic promise. Born in Blackrock, County Dublin, in 2001, Sarah’s talent was evident from a young age. She burst onto the international scene with double gold at the 2018 European U18 Championships in the 1500m and 3000m, setting the tone for a career defined by brilliance.

Since then, Sarah has become a fixture on the senior circuit, representing Ireland at the World Athletics Championships, European Athletics Indoor Championships, and the 2024 Paris Olympics. Her signature event, the 1500m, has seen her break national records and consistently challenge the best in the world.

Sarah’s running style is elegant yet fierce, combining tactical intelligence with a devastating finishing kick. Her performances in 2025, including a sub-4-minute 1500m and podium finishes on the Diamond League circuit, have cemented her status as one of Europe’s elite.

Leona Maguire

Since 2019, we have been proud sponsors of Leona Maguire. Leona entered the professional game in 2018 off the back of a record-breaking collegiate career with Duke University. The proud Irishwoman has been a serial winner ever since she took up the sport in Co. Cavan but it was her decision to move to America, inspired by her life-long ambition to play on the LPGA Tour, that catapulted Leona into the big leagues.

As an amateur, she was nothing short of sensational. A three-time Curtis Cup player with GB&I, Leona is a two-time Olympian representing Ireland in the 2016 Rio Olympics and the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. In 2017 she captured the Ladies British Amateur Championship title, becoming serial winner on the collegiate circuit. Maguire sat atop of the world amateur golf ranking for an incredible 135 weeks during her amateur career.

Unsurprisingly, it didn’t take this born winner long to claim her maiden ‘W’ on the professional scene with Leona getting over the line, not once, but twice in her first full season at the Symetra Tour’s 2019 Windsor Golf Classic and the Symetra Classic. That blistering form meant she comfortably qualified for LPGA Tour promotion for 2020.

Leona became the first Irish woman to represent the winning Team Europe in the 2021 Solheim Cup. Leona was a crucial player becoming the greatest Solheim Cup rookie when she went unbeaten. In February 2022 Leona followed this feat up by winning her debut title on the LPGA at the Drive On Championship and in doing so became the first Irish Women to win on the LPGA in history. Not stopping there, Leona recorded her second LPGA victory in June 2023 winning the Meijer LPGA Classic shooting a final day 64 to win by two strokes.

In September 2023 Leona continued her memorable season as she proved to be a crucial part of Team Europe as they successfully retained the Solheim Cup in Spain with Leona delivering 3 points to the European side.

Leona is a wonderful role model for aspiring young Irish athletes.
