Irish residential property prices grew strongly once again in June, in line with an established seasonal pattern. The volume of transactions has been boosted considerably this year by new-built properties, in line with Q2 housing completions data which also grew strongly. We now see upside risks to our full-year average price increase forecast of 7%.
