Ireland’s housing completions data for Q1 will be published this Thursday (April 24th) and scrutinised for signals of continued weakness, especially with respect to apartments. Elsewhere, US data releases over the next few weeks will be closely watched for signals of a possible recession, beginning with April’s flash purchasing managers’ indices (PMIs) due tomorrow (April 23rd).
