DAVY VIEW
Aircraft impairments, rent deferrals, travel restrictions and so on. There is no lack of negativity affecting the aircraft leasing space; however, behind the noise, there are lessons for investors: liquidity levels have been bolstered and are now more than ample; financing is attractive, with bond pricing tight; and opportunities for accretive capital deployment are opening. We continue to see deep value in AerCap and Air Lease with catalysts on the horizon.
