DAVY VIEW
The extension of the Help-to-Buy scheme for a further two years in its current form is a significant positive for both Glenveagh Properties and Carin Homes, particularly on the back of several reports claiming that it would be significantly restricted. Separately, we also view Glenveagh’s recent planning gain in East Road as a positive catalyst for the name.
