Global equities advanced 5.6% in June, regaining most of the heavy losses incurred in May (6.1%). The jump leaves the global benchmark with a gain of 2.5% for the second quarter and 14.6% year-to-date (ytd). The strong recovery came against a backdrop of continued concerns over a potential trade war.
