Irish house prices rise for first time since October

Tight mortgage lending rules continue to weigh on house price inflation in Ireland, as further evidenced in the CSO report yesterday (May 15th). Dublin continues to be the region with the slowest level of inflation, while outside Dublin, house price inflation continues to run at a healthy level.
