Mincon is an Ireland-based engineering business that manufactures industrial drill-bits and hammers for a range of industries, including the mining and geothermal markets. The business sells its products to more than 500 customers in over 60 countries. It has an experienced management team, has grown rapidly in recent years, while generating returns of over 20%, and is currently executing the next phase of its development.
