Vistry is the UK's largest homebuilder by volume and the country's biggest Partnerships developer. The company is on track to build c.17,500 units in 2024. The group is a member of the FTSE 100 Index. Around 35% of the company's units are earmarked for the private sector, with the remainder targeted at the social/affordable (i.e.: Partnerships) sector. The group has been formed with the execution of two of the largest mergers within the sector: the acquisition of Galliford Try Partnerships and Linden Homes from Galliford Try plc in 2020 and the combination of the group with Countryside Partnerships plc in 2022.
