FBD delivered a strong update with H1 2025 demonstrating the strength of the business model with a profitable outcome, strong growth in core markets and a higher dividend than expected despite the material impact of adverse weather. We upgrade our forecasts, predominantly reflecting the better H1 outcome, and upgrade our price target to €16.30 based on higher special dividends declared in 2025 and forecast in 2026.
