Today’s announcement to sell Harworth’s large strategic site in Ansty, Warwickshire, suggests to us that the risk to our FY21 estimates is now to the upside. We are also becoming increasingly comfortable with our above consensus net development value (NDV) forecasts into the medium term based on the excellent execution from the company.
