Providence Resources has announced that it has entered a six-month exclusivity agreement with Spoton, a Norwegian company, to facilitate the completion of an appraisal programme and farm-out deal for the Barryroe oil and gas project offshore Ireland. It has also announced an equity placing at 1.5p per share to raise approximately $3m.
