Kingspan's principal activities comprise the manufacture of insulated panels, rigid insulation boards, architectural facades, data and flooring systems, day lighting and ventilation products, engineered timber systems, solar thermal hot water systems, and fuel and water storage solutions. The group has manufacturing and sales offices in a number of regions. Its main areas of operation are Ireland, the UK, Continental Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Australia. Insulation is by some distance the group's most important activity, accounting for over 80% of group revenues. Other reporting divisions are Light & Air, Data & Flooring and Water & Energy.
