It is, by some distance, the largest building distribution group in Ireland and is also comfortably the market leader in DIY retailing. In the UK, it operates the fast-growing Selco business which has a differentiated offering. Grafton has also established a market leading position in the technical building distribution category in the Netherlands. The group has a long-standing track record of consistently high levels of free cash flow generation, which it has deployed to undertake earnings accretive acquisitions.
