Greencoat UK Wind’s (UKW) Q4 net asset value (NAV) update caps a difficult year, marked by valuation and policy headwinds. NAV fell 3.3% or -10.0% year-on-year. While the sector remains under pressure amid continued UK policy uncertainty, we see scope for UKW to attract capital from a shrinking peer set; however, greater clarity from the Renewables Obligation (RO) consultation will be critical to firming up the investment case.
