Irish Continental Group (ICG) has achieved its key ambition of ownership of all vessels in service under the Irish Ferries brand, eliminating the necessity for chartering in passenger ships. Beyond maintenance or opportunistic capex, we see double-digit free cashflow yields for the rest of the decade. Historical performance and peer analysis point to a near infrastructure stock type multiple. We raise our price target to €7.3 (from €7).
