The Q1 update from Greencoat UK Wind (UKW) is largely as expected. In a period of low wind resource and declining power prices, net asset value (NAV) fell slightly, by 1.2p/share to 150p/share. Its performance remains robust with net cash generation of £118m for the period (2024: £127m). Now trading at 0.75x price/NAV and offering a dividend yield of 9.2%, the stock’s valuation remains attractive (sector average: 0.70x, 9.9%).
