Record operating profit – a 9% margin

In line with its trading statement in January, Norwegian delivered a record operating profit of NOK2,232m (consensus: NOK2,081m) for FY2023 – a 9% operating margin. Its year-end cash position was NOK9.5bn, and Norwegian has announced a NOK0.60 per share dividend provision. EBIT of NOK2.5-3.2bn is expected for FY2024, well ahead of consensus (NOK2563m) and our estimates (NOK2302m).
