FY23 headline results were pre-announced on October 10th, hence there were minimal surprises in the statement. Profit delivery came in modestly ahead of market expectations – earnings were underpinned by strong inflation recovery, allied with commercial and operational delivery. Greencore provided a confident tone on FY24 delivery, with the outcome expected to be in line with current market expectations. At first look, we envisage limited changes to our FY24 forecasts.
