Tax claims referred to international arbitration

Tullow has announced that it has filed two disputed tax assessments made by the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) for arbitration with the International Chamber of Commerce in London. While it is frustrating that amicable settlements have not yet been achieved, it is positive that no tax payment can be enforced during the period of arbitration.
