Exiting Europe is a clear positive… but challenges remain

We estimated that leaving Europe could save Cazoo (CZOO) c.£100m OPEX each year. We think that staying in Europe would bring a need to raise cash in FY24. Today’s announcement kicks off the exit and wind down process, that may take some time — CZOO evidenced the expected £100m net savings by end 2023. But without a doubt, a UK focused CZOO looks more attractive.
