IRES reports its H1 2022 results on August 11th. We expect a solid update, reflecting stable asset valuations and EPRA NTA, as well as underlying EPRA earnings of €17m, which excludes €1.8m of one-off costs associated with internalisation. The market backdrop remains very supportive, and we see value in the stock.
