The completion of the Davy acquisition marks further execution of Bank of Ireland’s (BOI) strategy and provides a material increase in wealth assets under management and a leading presence in capital markets in Ireland. Acquisitions will provide a material earnings uplift into 2023 together with scale benefits from a larger mortgage portfolio and wealth assets under management.
