We have refreshed our forecasts for 2022 and 2023 and are publishing new forecasts for 2024. We have upgraded our EPRA NTA forecasts by around 3% to reflect the beat in the FY2021 results. We have included €1.8m of charges relating to the internalisation in 2022 but slightly increased our 2023 EPS forecast.
