We are today increasing our Cairn Homes FY22 estimates for the second time this year. We still expect a significant quantum of dividends/buybacks (55c) in the next three years, driven by significant cash flow, and our price target has increased modestly to €1.60 on the back of today’s changes. We reiterate our ‘Outperform’ rating.
