2021 was a bloody year for all UK-listed digital names, with the e- commerce players side-swiped by a challenging second half. In the Style Group (ITS) was no exception, but there was perhaps a degree of self-harm due to the absence of any formal guidance from senior management. We moderate our forecasts, retaining our ‘Outperform’ rating in the hope of a more stakeholder-friendly approach to financial guidance as ITS progresses into FY23.
