Positive impacts from the tender offer

Kenmare has announced successful results from its tender offer, with the full £61.8m used to buy back 14.8m shares at the agreed price of £4.17 each. There is no impact to the EV but EPS, DPS and free cashflow yields will all increase. We will revisit our forecasts around the trading statement, expected on January 13th.
