HelloFresh is the leading online meal kit delivery company globally, founded in 2011 by Dominik Richter, Thomas Griesel and Jessica Nilsson in Berlin. The company sources, mixes, assembles and packages ingredients into meals at its manufacturing centres and delivers them direct to consumers in 17 markets globally. HFG is now the market leader in the US and all other established, major geographies. The firm operates six brands across its geographies, providing distinct offerings in terms of price, dietary requirement and style, also acquiring 'ready-to-eat' brand Factor75 in 2020. As of September 2021, HFG had 7m active customers and delivered over 100m orders in 2021, achieving c.€6bn in revenue.
