Dalata has announced the sale of the Clayton Crown Hotel in London for £21m. This is one of the older assets in the portfolio and is non-core. The sale looks to be opportunistic, and the capital will be recycled into other areas, including the development of a new Maldron hotel in Shoreditch, London.
