ITM has announced that it has agreed terms to acquire a site in Sheffield to construct its next manufacturing facility. This will be 1.5GW and located close to its existing 1GW facility. This will also act as a blueprint for its planned 2.5GW facility to be located outside the UK, taking total annual capacity to 5GW by end 2024.
