Hays’ statement and analyst call this morning were both very strong. We have upgraded 2022E EBIT forecasts by 4% and remain ahead of consensus but are even more confident in the outlook for the businesses as temp operations follow the strong pick-up in perm into calendar 2022E. The stock has lagged other white-collar staffers year-to-date and is primed for a catch-up.
