Redrow’s full year results are well ahead of already-raised estimates, while the balance sheet is in excellent shape despite significant land purchases. Sales rates continue to moderate, albeit lapping a period of strong demand last year. The group has revealed ambitious medium-term targets which could drive margins back close to 20% in time.
