We believe current datapoints suggest continued strong growth through Q2, while the productivity picture remains relatively benign due to a mixture of experienced personnel, relatively low time to hire and the potentially structural move towards virtual interviews. We upgrade EBITA forecasts for the current year and next, although our view remains that forecast risks may still be to the upside.
