IRES REIT has announced the purchase of 146 high-quality completed units in Dublin for €60m. The deal will be debt financed and results in c.5% upgrades to EPS and dividends from 2021 onwards. After prudently navigating the business through COVID-19, the company's growth profile has shifted into a higher gear.
