Assuming successful pre-funding deals on Glenveagh Properties’ North Docks sites has driven a modest upgrade to our estimates. In this report, we focus on this new reporting structure. We view the company’s increased volume targets as reasonable considering the successful execution of strategy to date. We reiterate our ‘Outperform’ rating on the stock.
