- Replacement Consolidated Tax Certificate (CTC) cannot be produced for tax years prior to 2003.
- Replacement Tax Vouchers take a minimum of six weeks.
- There is a Davy administration fee per Replacement Tax Voucher request of €30.
- Davy can only issue Replacement Tax Vouchers to aid clients in requests for refund of DWT paid, in conjunction with the Revenue Commissioners, for Tax Packs since 2003. We will require return of the original CTC before vouchers can be issued.
