Corporate Broking
Our Corporate Broking function is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with quoted corporate clients. We look after clients’ capital market requirements by:
- advising on market issues that relate specifically to clients
- providing regular feedback on investor attitudes and behaviour
- offering updates on Irish equity market developments
- providing thorough and accurate share register analysis
- planning and coordinating roadshows and conferences
- providing a comprehensive investor relations programme, giving clients access to our unrivalled global distribution
We have a dedicated team of 11 people with a wide range of experience in broking, sales, research, administration and fund raising. Corporate Broking, in the Davy context, provides the link between the advisory, technical and transaction services of the Corporate Finance business and the distribution capabilities of the Institutional Sales business. Davy acts as primary adviser to more than 75% of companies on the Irish Stock Exchange and is broker to eight of the top ten companies listed on the exchange.
