Shell has announced that it is looking at expanding the electrolyser capacity at its Rhineland oil refinery in Germany from 10MW to 110MW. ITM Power (ITM) was awarded the original 10MW electrolyser order under the REFHYNE project. The expansion is now included in ITM’s tender opportunity pipeline.
