Tullow Oil has announced two separate disposals to Norwegian-listed oil company Panoro. They include Tullow’s entire interests in Equatorial Guinea and the Dussafu asset in Gabon. The combined cash proceeds will be $135m, with a possible additional $45m to help reduce outstanding debt.
