Hibernia REIT has reported a strong set of figures for the year to March 31st. EPRA NAV of 179.3c is 2% above forecast, while earnings and dividends were also better than expected as they benefitted from positive lettings and rent reviews. Rent collection remains robust. We expect COVID-19 impacts will be felt going forward.
