Hibernia will report its results for the year to March 31st on Wednesday (May 27th). We forecast NAV/share will be 176c, which is flat in the second half despite a 2% hit from the increase in stamp duty from 6% to 7.5% in the last Budget. EPRA earnings and dividends are likely to have increased significantly during the year.
