This morning’s RICS survey paints a bleak outlook for the UK housing market, with Brexit uncertainty leading to a sharp pullback in September in both new buyer enquiries and instructions to sell. The price balance (-2%) remains in negative territory, with London (-36%) and the South East (-25%) still the weakest regions.
