2018 performance already understood; active pipeline prompts capital raise

Greencoat’s 2018 results confirm that net asset value (NAV) accelerated in Q4 (even excluding the impact of extending the useful asset life assumption). Total NAV uplift for the year was 6.8c (0.8c in organic terms) after paying dividends of 6c/share. It has also announced that it is involved in a number of attractive acquisition processes totalling more than 250MW. It now intends to issue an additional 100m shares at 105.5c/share.
