New 4-star hotel confirmed for Dublin’s Docklands

Dalata has announced a 35-year lease agreement for a new hotel in Spencer Place Development in Dublin’s Docklands, opening Q4 2020. This area is seeing significant investment, with Salesforce announcing last week the full letting of this project’s office space and a plan to create 1,500 new jobs. This early announcement from Dalata strengthens our belief in management’s ability to deliver on its annual pipeline target of 1,200 rooms while bringing its current development pipeline to nine hotels (2,300 rooms).
