IRES reported H1 2017 EPRA NAV of 115.1c, which is slightly ahead of our 114.0c forecast, while EPS of 2.8c and interim DPS of 2.5c are both exactly in line with our forecast. The next milestone will be the response from the planning authority on August 28th regarding the company’s appeal for planning permission of 456 apartments at Rockbrook in Sandyford.
