A Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of industry experience, David joined Davy in 2000 and became Head of Property in 2002. David qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young and joined Davy from Goldman Sachs. David has overseen the growth of the Davy Real Estate team to the point where it now manages in excess of €1.48 billion in assets on behalf of Irish and overseas investors (as at 30th June 2015).
A Chartered Surveyor and Engineer with more than 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Davy, Ronan was head of facilities management for an electronics multi-national in Ireland managing complex industrial as well as office facilities. Ronan joined Davy in 1999 and has headed up the facilities management team for that time. Ronan is also responsible for the technical and asset management aspects of the Davy Irish Property Fund.
A Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of industry experience, Robin qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG before working with Quinlan Private and then Anglo Irish Bank. Robin joined Davy in 2005. Robin oversees all aspects of the Davy Irish Property Fund following the Davy acquisition of Prescient Investment Managers in January 2014.
A Chartered Accountant with more than 14 years of industry experience, Eimear qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Tax Associate with KPMG before joining Davy in 2006. Eimear is responsible for the sourcing, appraisal and management of a diverse investment portfolio of Irish property on behalf of high net worth clients and institutions.
An engineer and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with more than 12 years of industry experience, Sarah qualified as a civil, structural and environmental engineer from Trinity College Dublin and INSA, Lyon before working with White Young Green and then Robert Bird Group as a consulting civil engineer. She joined Davy in 2007 and completed the CFA qualification in 2011. Sarah is responsible for sourcing and executing transactions and manages a portfolio of commercial real estate assets for high net worth clients, family offices and institutions.
A Chartered Surveyor with more than 8 years of industry experience, Mairead joined Davy as Property Asset Manager in 2015. Before joining Davy, Mairead worked for Savills as Property Manager for Liffey Valley Shopping Centre. Mairead trained as an Architect and previously worked for Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC), Lisney & Merrion Property Group. Mairead holds an MSc in Real Estate and primarily focuses on retail and shopping centre asset management within Davy.
A Chartered Surveyor with more than 6 years of industry experience, Jonathan joined Davy as a Property Asset Manager in 2014. Prior to joining Davy, Jonathan spent time working as a Property Specialist in AIB and a Surveyor in the Valuation Departments of CBRE and Savills. Jonathan is involved in the investment and asset management of a number of funds including the Davy Irish Property Fund, where he focuses on the asset management of the office and industrial portfolios.
A Chartered Surveyor with 10 years of experience in the Irish and UK Commercial Property Market, Claire joined Davy in May 2015 and is Investment Manager of a number of Irish property regulated investment funds. Prior to working with Davy, Claire worked with CBRE in the Dublin and London offices as Associate Director where she specialised in the appraisal of commercial investment properties, providing detailed valuation and consultancy advice.
A Chartered Surveyor with more than 11 years of industry experience, Jackie holds a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate and a Prof. Diploma in Housing Studies. She joined Davy in October 2015 as an Assistant Investment Manager. Before joining Davy, Jackie worked for DTZ Sherry Fitzgerald as a Senior Property Manager focusing on retail shopping centre management. Prior to this, she spent time in Toronto working with a REIT. Her experience also includes working within the Dublin sector managing extensive office, retail and industrial portfolios. Jackie is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of real estate assets for high net worth clients and institutions.
David joined Davy in September 2015 after interning with the Davy Real Estate team. He holds a BA in Economics, an MSc in Finance and is currently a Level 3 Candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Programme. David has previously interned in Canaccord Genuity, KPMG and Bank of Ireland Corporate and Treasury. He assists with the appraisal and management of a diverse investment portfolio of Irish property on behalf of high net worth clients and institutions.
Richard joined Davy as an accounts assistant in May 2015. Richard previously worked with State Street for two years in regulatory reporting within international fund services and is currently studying to become a Chartered Accountant.
