Investment Funds Listing Administrator
An opportunity has arisen to join the Investment Funds Department at Davy.
This role will involve:
- Setting up client files and all related documentation;
- Assisting in preparation of listing application documents;
- Preparing client completion packs & invoice preparation information;
- Drafting announcements to address Irish Stock Exchange continuing obligation requirements;
- Filtering and resolving client queries;
- Issuing invoices, chasing of all debtors & maintenance of spreadsheets;
- Database input and management;
- Co-ordination of client-specific reporting projects;
- Filing of accounts with Irish Stock Exchange within deadlines;
- Assisting with the organisation of occasional marketing events and other general projects;
- Provision of administrative support to the team;
- Other ad hoc secretarial/administrative duties.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of five years administrative experience essential;
- Experience in the investment funds industry, within a fund administration/fund compliance/company secretarial role is desirable;
- A positive attitude, flexible outlook and a high level of initiative and enthusiasm;
- Customer service focus with a record of providing excellent customer service;
- Experience with invoicing and debtor procedures;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Problem solving skills;
- Strong PC skills, specifically MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, with particular database skills and experience with mail shots;
- A proven record as a strong team player;
- Accuracy and attention to detail with experience of successfully working to tight deadlines.
