Open a Telephone Share Dealing Account
|
|
If you would like to open an individual or joint account, please complete the following steps:
- Complete onscreen, print, sign and post to us the Telephone Share Dealing Account Application Form.
This application form can be completed on-screen. This may be convenient if you prefer to type in your details before printing, but it does not allow you to electronically submit the form to us.
Alternatively, email or call us on +353 1 614 9000 and we will post you an Application Form.
- Enclose a certified copy* of your passport or driving licence and two forms of proof of address, not more than six months old, bearing your name and address, such as an original utility bill or an original bank statement. For joint applications, identity documents are required for both applicants.
* By a 'certified copy' we mean a photocopy that has been signed and stamped by a solicitor, chartered and certified public accountant, Garda, Commissioner for Oaths or bank official as evidence that the photocopy is a true copy of the original. Alternatively, call in to one of our Davy offices and we can certify it for you. If you provide a cheque for lodgement drawn on an Irish or UK bank account we will accept uncertified copies. The cheque must be drawn on your personal account and in the name provided as part of this account opening documentation. We will require original or certified documentation in the event that any other forms of payment are used, e.g. bank draft or electronic funds transfer.
