easyJet is the second-largest, low-cost carrier in Europe. The company services primary airports and has a presence in 37 of the top 50 cities with just under 50% of its capacity in the UK. In the future, the company will deploy a significant amount of capacity in continental Europe. The airline currently flies its fleet of 193 aircraft on 525 routes from circa 115 airports in 29 countries. The airline's strategy is to modestly expand market share from 7.6% to 10% by 2015, increasing non-UK customers from 53% to 58%. Outputs from a financial perspective are a ROCE of 12% through the cycle, translating into £5 PBT per seat.
